I am getting married in June, and
hope to have more time to cook once the wedding is over. Summer is my time
to experiment since I am a high school guidance counselor with more time
then.
What are your favorite cookbooks?
I love to use the
community/church/organization cookbooks because people always submit their
tried and true, hometown recipes.
Any cookbook that you couldn't live without or one that's totally unique
that you love?
Two cookbooks that I edited for Junior Woman's Club of
Allegheny Valley. One is a full selection cookbook, and one is appetizers
and desserts only. I also refer to my 365 All-American recipes cookbook,
and 365 casserole cookbooks very often.
