
I went to a BBQ last week and the hostess had made the most mouth-watering and insanely delicious cheese dip that I have ever tasted. I begged for the recipe and she obliged.
1 Cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
Pepper to taste
Mix in an oven-friendly dish, and heat at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until bubbling. If desired, broil briefly to brown. Serve with whatever you want to dip - tortillas, bread, veggies...
So SO good. Not very weight-loss friendly mind you, but ohhhhh.
