BBQ Pork Chops

I tried this recipe today. Incredible how easy and delicious it is! This is actually my first entry :-) I hope it works for everyone! It was translated from French, so excuse me if there are any mistakes.

1 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tbsp. chopped pepper
1 tsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. brown sugar (cassonade)
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. red wine vinagear
1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 pork chops (5 cm thick)

Preparation

Mix the onions, the peppers and the butter in a 500 ml bowl. Cover. Put in the microwave oven (in HIGH) for 2 minutes. Add the cassonade, the ketchup, the vinagear and the Worcestershire sauce. Put in the oven again (MEDIUM) for 2 1/2 minutes.

Put the chops on a 12 x 8 inch (20 x 30 cm) cooking plate and pour sauce over them. Cover with alluminium paper and put in the oven for about 40 minutes. Turn them and check that the meat around the bone is not pink anymore.
