Apricot Sorbet

Spring is here! This week my box brought me some fantastic Apricots, and I've had some oranges laying around so I decided to put them to use. This is the result.

What you need-
4 Fresh Apricots.
1/2 c. dried Apricots
2 oranges
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c hot water
2 c cold water

Take dried apricots and put in half a cup of hot water.
Cut fresh apricots in half drop into blender. Cut oranges in half, scoop out orange flesh, and squeeze out all of the juice. Add to blender with sugar and 2 cups of cold water. Drain hot water off of the dried apricots and toss them into the blender. Puree everything together , strain then chill for 30 min. Add to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers directions.
