2 C flour
2 C sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp salt
4 C apples (Granny Smith, preferable)
½ C walnuts
½ C soft margarine
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together & spread in 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
